Norm also shares a forward-looking plan that emphasizes restructuring leadership for greater fruitfulness.  Norm will focus on multiplying congregations and ministries and coaching our site pastors. A pastor will be hired to lead the Petoskey congregation and champion deeper discipleship.  The search for a new Petoskey Site Pastor will be a “slow is the go” process.  We are committed to a serious, prayerful process to find a candidate with godly character, proven competence, and relational chemistry.
